Goals of the Commission
The strategic priorities for the Commission are founded on three primary goals or "result areas." These result areas intend to address and support the overall development of the child, from the prenatal stage through the child's entry into the K-12 school system. These primary goals are population based and focus on strengthening families, supporting early care and education, and the health of the child.
Goal 1: |
Promote parenting and caregiver education services to enhance optimal child development and to encourage healthy, stable and economically independent families.
